È stato segnalato all’Istituto che -Il file “elenco prezzi” in versione excel contenuto nel portale risulta non modificabile nelle celle in cui è chiesto di inserire i prezzi. In allegato si provvede a pubblicare il file corretto che i partecipanti dovranno utilizzare per la formulazione dell'offerta.

Das Wohnbauinstitut wurde informiert, dass das auf dem Portal eingegebene Excel-File „Einheitspreise“ nicht abgeändert werden kann, auch nicht in den Zellen, wo die Preise einzugeben sind. In der Anlage wird das ausgebesserte File, welches die Teilnehmer für die Abgabe des Angebotes verwenden müssen, veröffentlicht.

Dato che alcune imprese lo hanno richiesto, si provvede a pubblicare anche la seguente documentazione relativa alla gara in oggetto:

relazione geologica;

relazione di calcolo.

Riguardo alla struttura portante del tetto si precisa inoltre che nella tavola 18 della statica, in pianta non sono indicati graficamente i travetti del tetto, ma in sezione sono indicate la dimensione e la tipologia, mentre interasse = massimo 80 cm, è indicato solo in lingua tedesca.

Auf Ansuchen einiger Unternehmen, werden auch folgende Unterlagen betreffend die randvermerkte Ausschreibung, veröffentlicht:

geologische Bericht;

statische Berechnung.

In Bezug auf die Dachkonstruktion, wird darauf hingewiesen, dass im Plan 18 der Statik die Querträger im Grundriss nicht dargestellt sind, doch im Schnitt sind die Querschnittsmaße und die Typologie vermerkt sind. Die Angabe des Achsabstandes = max. 80 cm ist nur auf Deutsch angegeben.

Si comunica che l’apertura delle offerte per il cantiere in oggetto non avrà luogo, come indicato nel bando di gara, il giorno 19.01.2016, alle ore 9.00, ma viene spostata alle ore 09.30 del giorno seguente (20.01.2016).

Es wird mitgeteilt, dass die Öffnung der Angebote für das im Betreff genannte Bauvorhaben nicht wie in der Bekanntmachung angegeben am 19.01.2016, um 9.00 Uhr stattfindet, sondern auf den darauffolgenden Tag (20.01.2016) um 09.30 Uhr verschoben wird.
